RES Awards 2018

The Real Estate Society, RES, handed out the first RES Awards in May during the REALTY fair in Brussels.

The best residential development, the best (semi-)public development and the best development by an institutional investor were selected by the Flemish minister for the Environment, Nature and Agriculture, among others.

Winners:

  • Residential: Groen Kwartier - Antwerp
  • (Semi-)Public: De Krook - Ghent
  • Institutional: Herman Teirlinck - Brussels

The winners are no strangers to our firm. Beddeleem has in fact had the honour of working with on 2 of the 3 projects. For De Krook, at the architect's request Beddeleem developed a special single-glazed wall. In the Herman Teirlinck building, Beddeleem supplied and installed 9,000 m² of JB partitions with 310 matching JB doors.
